Important Camp Details
Pitchers do not need to bring their own catcher. Please bring both cleats and tennis shoes or turf shoes. Label ALL equipment.
Register Online. Upon acceptance of your registration, you will be sent a confirmation email.
For Summer camps a $50 fee will be charged to campers that sign up after the registration deadline (if spots are still available).
A full refund for the amount of camp will be given if requested 30 days or more before the start of camp. Refunds requested two weeks prior to the start of camp will be refunded all but $50. Refunds requested one week prior to the start of camp will be refunded all but $100. There will be no refunds issued the week of camp. This policy is firm. No refunds or credits will be given for "no-shows" (do not attend camp and do not notify camp staff, via email, before the day of camp or clinic). No refunds will be given for voluntary exit from camp.
All softball activities will take place at Bogle Park, 1180 W. Carlson Dr. Fayetteville, AR 72701. Should we have inclement weather we will move campers to an indoor facility for safety. We do not provide overnight accommodations for our summer camps but we can recommend the following hotels for lodging:

No meal is provided for the Pitching & Catching breakout but there will be plenty of water and Gatorade. We encourage campers to bring non-perishable snacks and a water bottle. *For an additional $10, we will provide lunch at 11:30a.m. if the camper is attending the Hitting Breakout right after. Adult supervision is only available to those who purchase the $10 lunch.
